PPRA Islamabad — Engagement of Independent Procurement Experts

Issuer: Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA), Islamabad. PPRA invites applications from qualified professionals for inclusion in a pool of Independent Procurement Experts to strengthen efficiency, fairness and transparency in public procurement processes. Selected experts will be engaged by procuring agencies and, when required, may serve as independent members of procurement-related committees.

Roles and committee placements include:

• Bid Evaluation Committee
• Grievance Redressal Committee
• Third-Party Validation Committee
• Inspection Committee
• Disposal Committee

Eligibility and qualifications:

• Minimum 16 years of formal education and/or a relevant professional certification in one of the listed disciplines.
• Relevant disciplines include: Procurement / Supply Chain / Logistics Management; Engineering & Technology (all disciplines); Energy & Power Sectors; Information Technology & Artificial Intelligence; Law; Health, Biological & Medical Sciences; Environmental Sciences; Physical Sciences; Business Education; Agriculture & Veterinary Sciences; Management Sciences; or any other field directly related to procurement processes.
• Relevant post‑qualification experience is required. Professional certification and/or licensing from recognized professional bodies is mandatory.

Remuneration: Engagement is assignment-based and remuneration will be paid by the borrowing/procuring agency in accordance with PPRA prescribed limits.
