PPRA Islamabad — Engagement of Independent Procurement Experts (Expert Pool)

Issuer: Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA), Islamabad. PPRA invites applications from qualified professionals for inclusion in a Pool of Independent Procurement Experts to be engaged by procuring agencies as and when required to serve as independent members of procurement-related committees.

Purpose: To strengthen transparency, accountability and efficiency in the public procurement process by providing independent experts for committee membership on a demand basis.

Key committees (selected experts may be engaged as independent members of any of the following):

Eligibility:

• Qualification: Minimum 16 years of formal education and/or professional certification in one of the listed disciplines, including Procurement; Supply Chain / Logistics Management; Engineering & Technology (all disciplines); Energy and Power; Information Technology and Artificial Intelligence; Law (all disciplines); Health, Biological & Medical Sciences; Environmental Sciences; Physical Sciences; Agriculture & Veterinary Sciences; Management Sciences; or any other field directly related to procurement processes.
• Experience: Post-qualification experience in the relevant field (as specified in the advertisement).
• Professional certifications or licensing from recognised professional bodies are required/mandatory where applicable.
• Preference will be given to individuals with demonstrated experience in procurement, contract management or supply chain/logistics.

Remuneration: To be paid by the procuring agency as per PPRA prescribed limits.
