Government of Pakistan – Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS), Islamabad invites sealed bids under Rule 36(b) "Single Stage - Two Envelope" procedure of PPRA Rules 2004 through the PPRA e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) 2.0 for procurement under the PSDP project titled "Establishment of Stroke Intervention & Expansion of Critical Care / Cardiac Facilities at PIMS Islamabad". Tender No.: 06/2026-2027/PIMS.
Eligible bidders: Reputed firms with relevant experience, registered with Income Tax & Sales Tax departments and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (Sales Tax) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR).

How to apply / submit bids:
- Standard Bidding Documents (SBDs) are available on the EPADS (E-PADs PPRA Website 2.0) and PIMS website.
- Bidders must register and submit offers through EPADS 2.0. Manual/physical bids will not be accepted.
- In addition to online submission, the firm/bidder must submit the original Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) and an original undertaking on judicial paper in the tender box at the Purchase Department, PIMS (G-8/3, Islamabad) by 11:00 AM on 2026-10-03. Failure to submit originals by this time will result in rejection for non-compliance.
- Online submitted bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on 2026-10-03 via EPADS 2.0.
Other notes:
- Grievances will be entertained only through EPADS 2.0 within the prescribed period and handled per applicable PPRA rules.
- Bid security / call deposit should be made in the name of the Executive Director, PIMS.
- PIMS reserves the right to accept or reject any/all bids in accordance with Rule 33(1) of PPRA 2004.
