Mughal Iron & Steel Industries Limited announces that Sukuk-70 has reached final maturity with principal repayment and the 5th profit payment due on 21 July 2026. Transfer books will be closed from 15 July 2026 to 21 July 2026 (inclusive).
Sukuk holders must update their IBAN details and provide valid income tax exemption certificates to the share registrar/CDS by close of business on 14 July 2026. Income tax withholding under Section 151 of the Income Tax Ordinance, 2001 will apply. Issued by the Company Secretary, Muhammad Fahad Hafeez.
