CDA Environment (East) Tender – Rate Running Contract for Landscaping (Zone‑2) | e‑Bids due 2026-10-06

Issuer: Capital Development Authority (CDA), Environment Directorate (East), Islamabad. CDA invites electronic bids on Single Stage – Single Envelope basis for a Rate Running Contract for improvement of landscaping at different locations of Zone‑2 and the Directorate of Environment (East) for the financial year 2026‑27.

Submission & Eligibility: Bids must be submitted electronically via the e‑Procurement & Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS v2.0) at https://epads.gov.pk. Eligibility requires valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration in Category C‑6 or above with the appropriate project code (CE‑10) for the year 2026‑27. All bids must include the required bid security as detailed in the bidding documents (pay order/call deposit) and the prescribed bid‑securing declaration.

Procurement Method & Documents: Single Stage – Single Envelope will be used and evaluation will follow Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) and the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Bidding documents, specifications and instructions are available on EPADS v2.0. E‑bidding documents must be completed and submitted on EPADS v2.0 by the stated closing date/time. Manual or hard‑copy submissions will not be accepted.

Opening & Attendance: Electronic bid opening will take place on EPADS v2.0 at the time stated. Authorized representatives of bidders may attend the online opening session as permitted by the procuring agency.
