CDA Invitation for Bids — Purchase of IT Equipment (Multiple Lots) | Islamabad

Capital Development Authority (CDA), Islamabad invites electronic bids on a single-stage, two-envelope basis from reputable IT-related original manufacturers/authorized distributors/suppliers registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax for the purchase of IT equipment for CDA, Islamabad.

Key procurement details:

- Tender documents and further information are available from the office of Deputy Director P&CA-II, CDA (Block 3, Sector G-7, Islamabad) in writing or by email: [email protected] within 07 days from floating of NIT.

- Eligibility: Firms must be registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax and registered on PPRA E-PADS (Version 2.0) as vendors.

- Bid security must be furnished as a refundable Pay Order in favor of DDO-P&CA, CDA. Prospective bidders shall upload a scanned copy of the Bid Security on E-PADS and submit the original before closing time to the Office of Director P&CA-II, CDA (Block 3, Sector G-7, Islamabad).

- Documents/online submissions: Bids must be submitted online through E-PADS (https://vendors.epads.gov.pk). Vendors are advised to download the bidding documents on the date published in the bidding notice.

- Pre-bid meeting: 2026-09-24 at 11:00 AM in the Office of the Director IT, CDA (Block 3, Sector G-7, Islamabad).

- Technical bids opening: 2026-10-07 at 11:30 AM at the Office of Director P&CA-II, CDA (Block 3, Sector G-7, Islamabad). Authorized representatives may attend.

- Important: Firms providing unsubstantiated or incorrect information will face legal action and disqualification. Procurement will follow PPRA Rules 2004.
