Municipal Corporation Faisalabad — Annual Framework Works Tender (FY 2026-27) - e-Procurement

Chief Officer, Municipal Corporation Faisalabad invites electronic bids (e-Bids) from eligible, experienced, tax-registered, financially sound contractors/firms enlisted with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category for Annual Framework Work Contracts for Faisalabad City for the financial year 2026-27. Bids must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System (Punjab e-PS) in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules and Regulations.

Key submission and tender information:

- Bid documents, specifications and quantities are available on Punjab e-PS. Bids must be uploaded electronically by 11:00 AM on 2026-10-12.

- Electronic bid opening: 2026-10-12 at 01:00 PM at Iqbal Hall, Municipal Corporation Faisalabad office, in the presence of the Tender Opening Committee and attending contractors.

- Bids shall be submitted electronically through Punjab e-PS only. Submission of hard copies is not required. Physical financial instruments (CDRs, pay orders, bank guarantees) will not be accepted for initial bid security.

- Bid security equivalent to 5% of the estimated cost must be submitted electronically via Punjab e-PS. If the quoted bid amount is 5% below or beyond the estimated cost, the lowest bidder will be required to deposit performance security at 10% of the estimated cost (including any CDR deposited at time of tendering) in the shape of Deposit-at-Call from a scheduled bank as per PLG (Works) Rules-2017.

- Procurement will follow Single Stage–Single Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules. Incomplete, corrupted or improperly submitted bids will be rejected. If the opening date is a public holiday, bids will be opened on the next working day at the same time and venue.

- The Procuring Agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (as amended) and Punjab Procurement Regulations, 2024 (as amended). PPRA rules will be strictly applicable.
