PHE Division Bannu Re-Notice Inviting e-Bids for Solar-Based DWSS and Sanitation Schemes

Executive Engineer, Public Health Engineering (PHE) Division Bannu invites electronic bids (MRS-2025 1st Bi-Annual) under KPPRA Procurement Rules 2014 on a single-stage two-envelope e-bid system for multiple solar-based drinking water supply (DWSS) and sanitation schemes in Bannu and southern districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

- Bidding documents and instructions to bidders can be downloaded from the E-PADS portal (www.eprocure.gov.pk).

- All bidders/contractors must have registration with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRRA) as applicable.

- Contractors quoting bids up to 10% below the Engineer's Estimate shall submit bid security of 2% of the Engineer's Estimate. Contractors quoting more than 10% below may be required to submit additional security.

- Bids will be opened on the same day after submission; exact opening time will be notified on the portal. Pre-bid meeting: 2026-09-14 at 11:00 AM.

- Executive Engineer, PHE Division Bannu will receive bids; all correspondence and submission must follow instructions on the E-PADS portal. The department reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per rules.
