Tender: Construction of BHU Building at Gabun, District Kech — Submit by 2026-10-06

Issuer: Executive Engineer (Buildings), CWPP&H Department, District Kech (Turbat).

Purpose: Invitation for sealed percentage tender based on Composite Schedule of Rates 2026 (Government of Balochistan) for construction work listed below. Procurement under Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014 (amended).

Eligibility and conditions:

• Registered Government contractors/firms renewed for the year 2027.
• Assignments of one similar nature and complexity.
• Turnover of at least PKR 5,000,000 in five previous years.
• Presence in Active Taxpayer List.
• Firm must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan.
• Registration with Balochistan Revenue Authority and Pakistan Engineering Council is required.

Procurement procedure: Single Stage One Envelope Bidding Procedure.

Bid security: 2% of the bid in the form of Bank Guarantee / Deposit at Call from a scheduled bank in the name of the undersigned.

Tender fee and documents: Tender fee PKR 1,000 to be deposited as Green Challan in head of account (02716). Bidding documents available from the office of the undersigned from the date of publication of the NIT until 2026-10-06 during office hours.

Submission and opening:

• Last date/time for bid submission: 2026-10-06 by 12:00 PM.
• Tender opening: 2026-10-06 at 01:00 PM at the office of the undersigned.
