The Cantonment Board invites online bids via the PPRA EPADS e-procurement portal for annual maintenance and repair works for FY 2026-27. Bidding documents are available on the PPRA EPADS portal only; no hard copies will be issued. A 5% Bid Security (Earnest Money) of the NIT cost is required (as CDR/Bank instrument in favour of Cantonment Board Sargodha). Scanned copies of bid security and company profile must be uploaded; original documents must be submitted to the office within three (03) days before bid opening. Pay Orders are not acceptable.
