Issuer: National Grid Company of Pakistan Limited (NGC). Tender No: TLE-02-2026. E-PADS Ref No: 26081957166. Procurement method: International Competitive Bidding (ICB) through Single Stage Two Envelope (SSTE) Procedure.
Purpose: Design, manufacture, procurement, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 500 kV transmission lines for Phase-1 of the C-5 Power Evacuation Scheme, offered as multiple lots. Bidding documents (detailed terms and conditions) are available on NGC's website (www.ntde.com.pk) and on E-PADS. This advertisement is also available on PPRA and NGC websites (www.ppra.org.pk & www.ntdc.gov.pk).
Submission: Bids must be submitted through E-PADS only on or before 2026-10-05 at 11:00 AM PST. Original Bid Security must be submitted in hard copy before the bid submission deadline to the Employer's address below. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM PST.
