Issuer: TransPeshawar (The Urban Mobility Company). Invitation for sealed bids for the disposal on lease (rentals) of retail assets including underpass shops at Faisal Colony and tuck shops at Peshawar BRT bus stations.
IFB No.: TPC/PB/BD/SH-TS/2026-27/002. Prospective bidders may visit and inspect the shops at BRT Peshawar Bus Stations in liaison with the office of the undersigned from publication until one day prior to the bid submission deadline between 09:00 and 17:00 (Monday–Friday). Bid solicitation documents, details on location, dimensions, covered area and reserve price are available from the TransPeshawar website and KPPRA portal.

Bid security / earnest money: 25% of annual rent in the shape of CDR/DD from any scheduled bank of Pakistan; the security must be submitted from the bank account of the bidder. Bids must be delivered to the undersigned by 11:30 AM (PST) on October 06, 2026; bids will be opened at 12:00 PM (PST) on the same day in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend.
Submission & collection: Bid documents may be downloaded from www.transpeshawar.pk and KPPRA (www.kppra.org.pk). Bids are to be submitted to TransPeshawar Head Office: 1st Floor, Main BRT Depot, Opposite NHA Complex, GT Road Chamkani, Peshawar.
TransPeshawar reserves the right to cancel the auction/contract award process by assigning cogent reason.
