Key Eligibility & Requirements
Bidders must submit:
- Complete company credentials and related details of current and completed assignments supported by verifiable documents.
- Evidence of registration with relevant authorities and valid Tax / Sales Tax registration.
- Required experience and capability to provide security services as specified in tender documents.
- Bid Security (PKR 500,000) in the prescribed form.
- Affidavits/undertakings and other documentation as specified in the bidding documents, including confirmation that the bidder is not blacklisted or involved in litigation that would affect contract delivery.
Incomplete, late or conditional bids, joint ventures/consortiums not complying with the bid requirements will not be accepted. PRIMACO reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules.
