• Bid security: 500,000 in the shape of Bank Draft / Pay Order / CDR in favour of D.G. PMD must be submitted with the bid.
• Successful bidder to furnish performance guarantee in shape of CDR/Pay Order/Bank Draft @ 10% of the work order in favour of D.G. PMD until completion of work.
• Method: Single Stage One Envelope Bidding Procedure under Rule 36(a) of Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
• Bidding documents with detailed specifications are available free of cost at: https://weather.gov.pk, PPRA E-PADS https://pa.epads.gov.pk and https://epms.pora.gov.pk.
• All firms must submit bids online through PPRA E-PADS 2.0; original hard-copy bids must also be submitted to I&P Section, PMD Headquarters Office, Islamabad.
• Quantities may be increased/decreased subject to funds availability. Incomplete or late offers will not be considered. The procuring agency reserves the right to cancel the bidding process at any stage without assigning any reason.
