PHE Division Kohat Invites e-Bids for Water Supply & WSS Works (e-PADS Tender Notice)

Public Health Engineering (PHE) Department, Kohat Division, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites electronic bids through the e-PADS portal from eligible firms/contractors in accordance with KPPRA Procurement Rules 2014 for multiple water supply / WSS works. Bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category and field and hold valid provincial enlistment. Required qualifications include adequate financial soundness, relevant experience, personnel, equipment and other requirements as set out in the bidding documents. Bid security in the shape of CDR is compulsory.

Submission method: Online through e-PADS. Key document requirements: valid CNIC, PEC registration certificate, provincial enlistment certificate, power of attorney (if applicable), and any other documents specified in bid documents. Bids received after the deadline or not uploaded on e-PADS will be rejected. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per KPPRA rules.
