RFB: Supply of Fishing Nets & Essential Accessories for GLLSP‑II (Community Procurement)

Issuer: Planning & Development Department, Government of Balochistan. Implementing Agency: PMU Gwadar‑Lasbela Livelihoods Support Project – Phase II (GLLSP‑II). Financing: International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD).

Purpose: Procurement of fishing nets and essential accessories for the upgradation of fiberglass boats for nine fishermen cooperative societies under the Fisheries Value Chain Development Component. The PMU is facilitating the cooperative societies during the community procurement process.

Procurement procedure: Community Procurement Manual under IFAD Procurement Guidelines. Evaluation: Lowest Evaluated Price using Single Stage – One Envelope procedure. Suppliers must be well‑reputed and experienced in provision of similar items.

How to obtain bidding documents: Bid documents are available free of cost from PMU GLLSP‑II, House 26‑8, 6th Lane, Jinnah Town, Quetta, and can also be downloaded from the GLLSP website.

Submission instructions: Bids must be delivered to PIU GLLSP‑II, House #3 Roonjha Colony, Main RCD Road, Uthal. Envelope should clearly mention the assignment title: "Supply of Fishing Nets and Essential Tools under Community Procurement." Late bids will not be entertained.
