Railway Estate Development & Marketing Company (Pvt) Ltd (REDAMCO), Ministry of Railways, invites sealed bids for grant of lease rights for design, finance, build, operate and transfer (DFBOT) of Modern Retail Complexes (fuel station with allied facilities, EV charging, national/international food outlets, convenience store/mart & pharmacy) at multiple railway/adjacent sites. Bidders must quote against the benchmark non‑refundable commitment fee and benchmark annual rent for each site.
Key details: Period of lease: 21 years (extendable for another 21 years). Annual increase in rent: 8% compounded. Mobilization period: 12 months from date of possession. Pre‑bid meeting: 2026-09-08 at 02:00 PM at REDAMCO Head Office (attendance via Zoom also available). Submission deadline: On or before 2026-09-21 at 02:00 PM. Technical bid opening: 2026-09-21 at 02:30 PM.
Bid documents and submissions: Bid documents will be available on the PPRA and REDAMCO websites and may be obtained from REDAMCO Head Office. Bids must be submitted on REDAMCO prescribed bid forms and accompanied by the specified bid security for each site (each site bid submitted separately). Bid security must be in the form of Bank Draft/CDR/Pay Order in the name of “RAILWAY ESTATE DEVELOPMENT & MARKETING COMPANY (PVT) LTD”. Bidders must quote Commitment Fee and Annual Rent against each site separately.
