How to obtain tender documents and other instructions:
- Tender documents and instructions to bidders (duly stamped and signed) shall be obtained from the office of the undersigned.
- A mandatory sale/proceed fee of Rs. 5,000/- will be charged for Bid Solicitation Documents.
- Bids shall be submitted and processed through the KPPRA E-PADS system only.
- Bid security (earnest money) amounts are listed per lot in the table above (shown as listed values).
- Original bid security and required documents must be presented as per E-PADS instructions and tender terms. Bidders quoting more than allowable deviation from estimate may be required to furnish additional security as per the tender terms.
- The procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per applicable rules.
