NHA Invitation to e-Bids – Three Special Maintenance Works on N-5 (Punjab‑North)

National Highway Authority (NHA), Ministry of Communications, Punjab‑North Region (Central Zone) invites e‑bids from contractors registered with the Income Tax Department (on Active Taxpayers List) and registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for 2021 for three special maintenance works on N‑5. Bid security of 2% of the Engineer’s Estimate is required in the shape of Pay Order / CDR in favour of "National Highway Authority (Road Maintenance Fund‑Security Deposit)". Bidding documents, method of procurement and conditions will be available on the NHA website; submission is via the PPRA e‑procurement portal. Manual (hard) bids will be eliminated if submitted.

Eligibility & Submission: Contractors must be registered with Income Tax Department, be on FBR Active Taxpayers List, and registered with PEC for 2021. Bids must be prepared as per bidding documents and submitted through the e‑procurement system. Bids must reach by the deadline below; technical e‑bids will be opened on the same day in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. NHA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per PPR rules.
