Corrigendum — Establishment of IT Labs in 38 Schools & Digital Content Lab (PMU KP‑HCIP, E&SE Dept., Khyber Pakhtunkhwa)

Issuer: Project Management Unit (PMU), KP‑Human Capital Investment Project (KP‑HCIP), Elementary & Secondary Education Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

Purpose: Corrigendum to the Request for Bids for the “Establishment of IT Labs in 38 schools” updating scope to include establishment of IT labs in 38 high schools and establishment of a Digital Content Lab at the Directorate of Professional Development (DPD) and online Resource Centers at RPDCs in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

Key amendments:

• Scope revised to include Digital Content Lab at the Directorate of Professional Development (DPD) and online Resource Centers at RPDCs in addition to IT labs in 38 high schools.
• Submission deadline (amended): Bids must be delivered to the address below by 02:00 PM on 2026-10-07. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected.
• Public bid opening (amended): Bids will be publicly opened at 02:15 PM on 2026-10-07 in the presence of bidders’ representatives and others who choose to attend.
• Pre‑bid meeting (amended): The pre‑bid meeting has been rescheduled to 02:00 PM on 2026-09-24.

Bid submission and other instructions: Bids must be submitted physically to the Project Director at the address below. All bids must be accompanied by the required bid security amounts as specified in the corrigendum. Electronic submissions are not permitted.
