Tender: Framework Procurement of Stationery, General Items and Toners – Punjab Revenue Authority

Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA) invites sealed bids for a framework contract to supply Stationery, General Items and Toners through the Punjab e-Procurement System. The framework contract is valid until 30 June 2027. Bidding will follow the Single Stage – Two Envelope Procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.

Eligibility and submission details:

• Bidders must be registered with Federal/Provincial Sales Tax and Income Tax authorities.
• Procurement will be conducted only through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Interested bidders must register there to participate. Bidding documents and detailed requirements are available on the Punjab e-Procurement portal and PRA/PPRA websites.
• Technical and Financial proposals must be submitted on e-Procurement by 2026-10-08 no later than 02:00 PM. Technical proposals will be opened on the same day at 02:30 PM on the e-Procurement system. Manual bids will not be accepted.
• On acceptance of a tender, a performance guarantee of 5% of the total price will be required in the form of CDR/Bank Guarantee.
• All rates must include applicable taxes. The Authority will deduct taxes as per prevailing rules. No post-bid negotiations are allowed. Bidders engaged in corrupt or fraudulent practices may be declared ineligible.
