Issuer: Punjab Livestock & Dairy Development Board (PLDDB). PLDDB invites sealed e-tenders for the provision of wrapping material and inner net for silage bales. Bidding will follow Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 via the EPS e-procurement system.
