The Capital Development Authority (CDA) invites electronic bids for the construction works of the "Wellness Complex, Minister Enclave, Islamabad" under a Single Stage–Two Envelope procedure using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS). Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and submit required bid security (Pay Order or Call Deposit) as specified in the bidding documents.
