Railway Estate Development & Marketing Company (Pvt) Ltd (REDAMCO), a subsidiary of Ministry of Railways, invites sealed bids for grant of lease rights to design, finance, build, operate and transfer modern retail complex sites (fuel station with allied facilities, city charging station, international/national food chain outlets, convenience store/mart and pharmacy). Leases are offered on benchmarked annual rent with a one-time non-refundable commitment fee and bid security as per the published terms.

Key terms: Lease period: 21 years (extendable for another 21-year term). Annual increase in rent: 8% (compound). Mobilization period: 12 months from date of possession.
