Tender: Procurement of Vaccines, Medical & Hospital Supplies for FY 2026-27 — Directorate of Animal Husbandry, Sindh

Directorate of Animal Husbandry, Government of Sindh invites sealed/electronic bids for the supply of vaccines, medicines, hospital-use supplies, equipment and other related items for the financial year 2026-27.

Interested suppliers/manufacturers/authorized distributors must be registered with relevant authorities (DRAP where applicable), hold valid manufacturing/import/registration licenses, demonstrate cGMP compliance where required, provide tax and company registration documents, and meet experience and quality requirements listed in the tender documents.

Tender documents, detailed specifications and submission instructions are available and mandatory submissions must be made through the Sindh e-Procurement system (EPADS) at https://portalsindh.eprocure.gov.pk. A non-refundable tender fee of PKR 2,000 is required. Bid security of 2.5% of the bid value is specified in the tender. All bidders must upload required supporting documents as listed in the tender (licenses, registration, tax documents, experience certificates, technical specifications, etc.).
