Submission and opening:
- Upload scanned copy of bid(s) and all mandatory documents on EPADS on or before 2026-10-06 by 11:00 AM (PST). Scanned copy of bid security must be attached on EPADS.
- Original CDR (bid security) must be submitted to the office of the Dean / Assistant Manager Procurement, Khyber Medical College, Peshawar on or before 2026-10-06 by 11:00 AM (PST). Bids whose original bid security does not reach the office by the closing date/time will be rejected.
- Electronic bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM (PST).
Important conditions:
- Income Tax, stamp duty, Professional Tax, KPRA or any other government taxes will be charged as per rules.
- Procurements will follow the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KP-PPRA) Act and Rules; registration with KPRA is mandatory wherever applicable.
- Bids accompanied by Pay Order (PO) shall be rejected. Bids received by hand, post, courier, e-mail or fax will NOT be accepted.
- Interested bidders must register on EPADS to obtain a username and password.
- Advertisement also available on Khyber Medical College (www.kmc.edu.pk) and KP-PPRA (http://kppra.gov.pk) websites.
- If the closing/opening date falls on a public holiday, the event will be shifted to the next working day (time and venue unchanged).
- Khyber Medical College, Peshawar reserves the right to cancel any or all e-bids under Rule 47 of KP-PPRA by assigning cogent reason.
