E-Tender Notice — LG&CD Civil Division Faisalabad: Construction of Playgrounds (Multiple Schemes)

Executive Engineer, LG&CD Civil Division Works, Faisalabad invites electronic bids from eligible contractors/firms through the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://epp.punjab.gov.pk/auth/login) for multiple playground construction works. Bidders must be enlisted/renewed with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for Financial Year 2026-27 and meet all eligibility and bidding requirements as prescribed. Bidding documents, conditions, specifications and BOQs are available for download from the Punjab e-Procurement System and the PPRA Punjab website.

Key submission details:

• Procedure: Single Stage Two Envelope via Punjab e-Procurement System only.
• Submission deadline: 2026-10-06 at 12:00 PM. Bids will be opened electronically on the same day at 12:30 PM.
• Bid Security: 3% of the estimated cost to be submitted as a Digital Bank Guarantee (e-Bank Guarantee) via the Punjab e-Procurement System. Physical bid securities (CDR, Pay Order, Demand Draft etc.) are not acceptable.
• Performance Security: Successful contractor shall furnish performance security equal to 5% of the contract price as prescribed in the bidding documents; to be released after completion in accordance with the contract.
• Bid validity: 60 days from the date of opening unless otherwise specified.
• Only bids submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System will be considered; email, courier, post or hand-delivery will not be accepted.
