KP-HCIP Request for Bids: Establishment of IT Labs in 38 Middle-to-High Schools (Peshawar, Nowshera, Swabi, Haripur)

Project Management Unit (PMU), Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Human Capital Investment Project (KP-HCIP) — Education, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites sealed bids (one-envelope bidding) from eligible bidders for the establishment of IT laboratories in 38 middle-to-high schools across four districts. The contract is financed by the World Bank (Loan/Credit No.: IDA6714) and procurement will follow the World Bank Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers (August 2018).

Scope: Supply, delivery and installation of IT equipment and associated electrification & networking works for 38 middle-to-high schools across Peshawar, Nowshera, Swabi and Haripur. Works are to be completed within one (01) month of contract award.

Bid submission and eligibility:

• Bidding documents are available in English and may be purchased upon written application and submission of a non-refundable fee of PKR 3,000.
• Bidding documents may be inspected and obtained from the office of the KP-HCIP, Elementary & Secondary Education Department during office hours (09:00 AM to 05:00 PM).
• Bid security (as specified per lot) must accompany each bid.
• Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Bids submitted after the deadline will be rejected.
• Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend.
