NAVTTC Expression of Interest 2026 – Pre-Qualification for Training Service Providers

Issuer: National Vocational and Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC), Ministry of Federal Education & Professional Training, Government of Pakistan. NAVTTC invites Expressions of Interest (EOIs) for pre-qualification of technically competent and financially sound training service providers to deliver specialized training programs under multiple priority sectors for 2026.

Purpose: Pre-qualification of training institutes to deliver Prime Minister’s Youth Program (PMYSDP) free training programs leading to internationally recognized certifications.

Priority Sectors (apply for one sector only unless infrastructure for multiple sectors is available):

Eligibility & Requirements (as stated):

• Institutes must have infrastructure and facilities as prescribed under NAVTTC’s notified qualifications and must upload relevant documents on the NAVTTC website.
• Each institute may apply for only one sector unless it has adequate infrastructure for multiple sectors.
• No joint ventures (JVs) allowed; only NAVTTC-registered institutes will be entertained.
• Affiliation/accreditation with international bodies will be preferred.
• Provision of biometric machines and CCTV cameras with IP links is mandatory.
