Earnest money/Bid Security: 2% in the shape of CDR/Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call from a scheduled bank, in the name of the undersigned. Procurement will follow the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules, 2014 using Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure.
Eligibility: Presence on Active Tax Payer List; not blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan; registration with Balochistan Revenue Authority; registration with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category/specialized code; completed assignments of similar nature and required financial capacity as detailed in bidding documents. Green challan for each work to be deposited in National Bank of Pakistan.
Tender documents: NIT and bidding documents are available electronically at www.bppra.gob.pk and can be viewed/downloaded from the BPPRA portal. Bids must be submitted electronically through the supplier dashboard only.
Submission deadline: Electronic submission by 2026-09-18 up to 10:00 AM. Tender opening: 2026-09-18 at 11:00 AM at the Office of the PDLPP.
