The Civil & Family Division, Narowal has summoned Mohammad Ehsan in a suit filed by Kausar Bibi for annulment of marriage. The notice states that the defendant, named as Mohammad Ehsan (son of Abdul Rashid), resident of Chak No. 24 Kalan, Tehsil Safdarabad, District Sheikhupura, has been repeatedly summoned by ordinary means but could not be served.
The defendant is directed to appear personally or through a counsel in this court on 2026-07-09 to pursue and answer the suit; failure to appear will result in ex parte (one-sided) proceedings and no subsequent excuse will be entertained.
