Tender: WSS Solar Systems and Drain/Tuff Tile Works — Urban Planning & Development Department, Quetta Division

Issuer: Executive Engineer, Urban Planning & Development Department, Quetta Division, Quetta. Procurement method: Single Stage - Two Envelope Procedure under Balochistan Public Procurement Regulatory Authority rules, 2014 (amended).

Eligibility and mandatory requirements: Firms/contractors must have valid and up-to-date Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration in the relevant category and specialization code (PEC Category C-4 or above for single-entity firms). Firms must be registered with the Balochistan Revenue Authority, have valid Income Tax registration and appear on the Federal Board of Revenue Active Tax Payer List (ATL). Turnover requirement: of last three years (as specified). The bidder must have completed 2 assignments of similar nature.

Bid security: 3% of the bid value in the form of Call Deposit or Bank Guarantee from a scheduled bank, in the name of the undersigned. Tender processing fee and tender fee: Rs. 2,500 (processing) and Rs. 3,000 (tender fee) to be deposited in government treasury under head C-03870 through Green Challan at National Bank of Pakistan (NBP).

Submission and opening: Bids must be submitted electronically via the supplier dashboard (EPPS). Last date/time for electronic submission: 2026-09-09 until 09:00 AM. All tenders will be opened the same day at 10:00 PM on EPPS System.
