Pre-Qualification Notice: Replacement of HVAC System — Punjab Forensic Science Authority (PFSA), Lahore

Issuer: Communication & Works Department, Government of Punjab — Superintending Engineer Buildings, Building Circle No. 03, Lahore (through Executive Engineer, 4th Buildings Division, Lahore).

Purpose: Pre-qualification of firms/contractors for the replacement of the HVAC system at the Punjab Forensic Science Authority (PFSA), Lahore.

Eligibility Criteria:

• PEC Registration: Open to firms/contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category C-1 and above with a valid license for the year 2026-27.
• Specialized Codes: Firms must possess valid specialized codes ME01, ME03, EE04 and EE05 as applicable.
• Experience: Participating firms/contractors must possess adequate experience in execution of projects of similar nature, scope and complexity.
• Detailed requirements and terms are provided in the Pre-Qualification Document.

Submission Guidelines:

• Access documents and pre-qualification requirements via the Punjab e-Procurement System: https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk.
• All required documents and supporting evidence demonstrating firm qualifications must be submitted online through the e-Procurement system. Manual submissions are not accepted.
• Clarifications, if required, may be sought through the designated clarification section on the e-Procurement portal by the given clarification deadline.
