University of Agriculture, Faisalabad (Office of the Executive Engineer, Engineering Construction Department - Projects) invites sealed Technical Proposals from consulting firms (registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and listed with the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA)) for consultancy services (detailed design, supervision/starter planning and Resident Supervision) for R&D / outreach construction works under RFP No.03-2026. Procurement will be carried out through the Punjab e-Procurement System.
Key submission and procurement details:
- Selection method: Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) as specified in the RFP documents.
- Procedure: Single Stage, Single Envelope. Firms must submit Technical Proposals in accordance with the Terms of Reference in the RFP.
- Bid security: 2% of the estimated consultancy cost (to be submitted with the proposal as specified in the RFP).
- Proposals must be submitted on or before 2026-10-01 at 11:00 AM; bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM.
- RFP documents and detailed instructions are available for download from the UAF website and PPRA website / Punjab e-Procurement portal.
- Firms must submit their bids through the Punjab e-Procurement System (implemented by PPRA) and follow the submission rules and formats given in the RFP.
