Tender: Bulk Purchase of Orthopedic Implants for Benazir Bhutto Hospital, Rawalpindi

Medical Superintendent, Benazir Bhutto Hospital (BBH), Rawalpindi invites e-procurement bids for the bulk purchase of orthopedic implants for the financial year 2026-27 from reputed firms registered for GST and income tax.

Key Instructions & Conditions

1. Bid security (2% of total tender value) must be submitted as a call deposit receipt or bank guarantee in the name of the Medical Superintendent, Benazir Bhutto Hospital, Rawalpindi.

2. Bidders must be registered for GST and Income Tax. Tender documents and details are available free of cost on the Punjab e-procurement website.

3. Electronic bids must be submitted via E-PADS by the stated deadline. Bids will be opened the same day through E-PADS. Late submissions will not be entertained.

4. Bidders shall submit the hard copy of the technical bid and the original bid security at the time of tender opening as required by the hospital. Ensure upload of required bid security documentation in PDF on E-PADS per instructions.

5. Single-stage two-envelope procedure will be adopted where applicable; procurement will be governed by PPRA rules and E-PADS procedures. BBH Rawalpindi will not be responsible for any cost or expense incurred by bidders in preparation or delivery of bids.
