Rawalpindi Waste Management Company (RWMC) invites sealed bids from well-reputed firms/companies and authorized distributors/dealers registered with the Income Tax Department for the procurement of base material and other items. National competitive bidding will be conducted online through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) under Rule 38(2-a) of PPR-2014.
Bidding documents are available immediately after publication on the PPRA Punjab and EPADS websites and can be viewed/downloaded free of cost:

Bids must be submitted online through the EPADS portal (ep.punjab.gov.pk). Online opening of technical bids will be conducted on the same day through EPADS in the presence of prospective bidders or their authorized representatives. Bidders are solely responsible for submissions on the EPADS portal.
