Issuer: Planning & Development Department, Government of Balochistan (Chief of Section, Foreign Aid).
Purpose: Appointment of a Project Director (PMU) for execution of foreign-assisted development projects in District Gwadar (under Omani grants). Contract initially one year, extendable based on performance and project duration.

Age Limit: Minimum 40 years and maximum 62 years. Local/Domicile: Balochistan.

Applications will be scrutinized as per the Project Director Appointment Policy (Government of Balochistan) dated 31st December 2025 and relevant donor guidelines. Female candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
Notes: In-service/government employees must apply through proper channel with NOC from the concerned department. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview. No TA/DA will be admissible. Submission of false or incorrect information may result in disqualification and legal action. Candidates who previously applied under PRQ No.646/16-08-2025 must apply afresh.
