Tender: Upgradation of Muzaffargarh–Taranda (N-70) Road — Highway Division Muzaffargarh

Executive Engineer, Highway Division Muzaffargarh invites tenders (Single Stage Two Envelope: Technical & Financial) under Punjab PPRA rules for the listed highway improvement scheme. Procurement will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk) in accordance with PPRA regulations.

Key participation requirements and conditions:

• Only firms/contractors enlisted/renewed with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category are eligible to participate.
• Valid tax registration (Income Tax / Sales Tax) and other statutory registrations/certificates must be provided as required.
• Foreign firms must present equivalent registration/certification from their home jurisdiction when applicable.
• Bid security of 5% of the estimated cost must be submitted in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) / Bank Guarantee as specified in the tender documents.
• Successful bidder will be required to furnish Performance Security (10% of contract amount) as per contract conditions.
• Tender documents and submission are via the Punjab e-Procurement website; bidders should follow the e-procurement instructions on that portal.
• All bids will be evaluated and processed per PPRA rules and the conditions listed in the tender document.
