Faisalabad Electric Supply Company (FESCO) invites applications for the position of Chief Information Technology Officer (CITO). The role is a senior, contract-based leadership position responsible for IT strategy, digital transformation, information & communications technologies and enterprise-level IT systems to support FESCO’s business objectives.

| Minimum Qualifications | 16-years Bachelor's (Honours) in Computing / Data Analytics / Telecom / MIS / AI / Robotics / Cyber Security / Information Technology / Computer Science / Software Engineering or related field OR Master / MS / M.Phil / PhD in Computer Science / IT / related field from HEC-recognized local/foreign university. 18-years MS / M.Sc (Computer Science / IT / AI / Robotics or related field) from HEC-recognized institution is acceptable/preferred. |
| Experience | Minimum 15 years post-qualification experience with at least last 3 years in a senior/management position in public or private sector. Broad knowledge of information systems, software, languages, frameworks, digital transformation, change management and information governance is required. |
| Key Responsibilities | Develop IT strategy, policy, protocols and standards; ensure compliance with IT strategy and processes; oversee vendor/contractor relations; develop IT budgets & corporate planning for IT; manage IT personnel; coordinate with departments to deliver effective IT services; maintain stakeholder relationships; track new IT developments and update IT strategies and protocols as needed. |
| Eligibility / Other Requirements | Fit & Proper Criteria as per Public Sector Companies (Corporate Governance) Rules. Candidates must meet relevant experience and qualification requirements.
