Key terms (summary):
1. Successful bidders must pay 25% of the total cost on the spot. The remaining 75% plus General Sales Tax and Income Tax (as per scheduled/current Government rates and all fixed government taxes) must be paid to the auctioneer within seven days.
2. Purchasers must lift the material within ten days. After the stipulated time, a penalty of 2% of the total amount per day will be charged.
3. Entry requirements: bring two photocopies in addition to the original Computerized Identity Card. Entry will be prohibited without the original identity card.
4. Flammable material, cigarettes, match boxes, weapons and other prohibited items are not allowed in the unit.
