Cadet College Karachi invites sealed bids/tenders (inclusive of all taxes) from eligible, well-reputed, registered and financially sound firms/suppliers for supply of the following categories to Cadet College Karachi.

Key terms and requirements:

• Only firms/contractors registered as general order suppliers with valid registration and having experience in supply of the listed items will be entertained.
• Bidders must submit valid registration documents, NIN, GST registration where applicable, relevant experience, bank details, and company/firm profile.
• Rates should clearly indicate applicable taxes, duties, transportation, loading/unloading and all other charges. Prices should be quoted in Pakistani Rupees and inclusive of all taxes where applicable.
• Separate bid/offer is required for each category; one person/firm may apply for one or all categories. Bidders are required to submit bid/offer under one envelope, separately for each category as mentioned.
• Bidders must provide an affidavit on stamp paper stating the firm is not blacklisted by any Government/Semi-Government department.
• Any cutting, overwriting or manipulation in the tender will render the bid liable to rejection. Incomplete, conditional, late or non-responsive bids shall not be considered.
• Bid validity period: 04 months.
• No transportation or carriage/mobilization charges will be paid for supply of items to the college.
• Pages of bid documents must be signed and stamped by the authorized signatory of the bidder firm.
• Tender documents/specifications, item-wise schedules, quantities and formats may be obtained from the Office, Cadet College Karachi on working days between 8:30 am – 3:00 pm. Samples/specifications or brand standards may be required; supplies must conform to approved specifications and quality standards of the College.

Submission and opening:

The bid should reach the office of the Principal, Cadet College Karachi by 30 Sep 2006. Tenders will be opened on the same date at the office of the Principal in the presence of bidders/representatives who wish to attend.
