Korangi Fisheries Harbour Authority (KoFHA), Ministry of Maritime Affairs, invites e-bids for the "Establishment and Upgradation of Jetty and Related Structures." National construction firms registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category C-3 or above with valid PEC specialization codes CE-03 & CE-13 and registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and Sindh Revenue Board (SRB) are eligible to participate.
Procurement will follow the Single Stage–Two Envelope procedure under the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Manual (physical) bid submission will not be accepted; bids must be submitted electronically via the e-procurement system referenced in the tender documents. Bids will be opened on the same day as submission.
