Korangi Fisheries Harbour Authority — E-Bids for Hiring Transport Services (3 Vans)

Issuer: Korangi Fisheries Harbour Authority (Ministry of Maritime Affairs), Government of Pakistan. Korangi Fisheries Harbour Authority invites e-bids for hiring transport services for its employees. The contract is for an initial period of one (01) year, extendable for a further one (01) year subject to satisfactory performance and mutual consent.

Eligibility and registration: Bidders must be registered with the Income Tax Department and Sindh Revenue Board (SRB), be registered on the e-PADS (Acquisition & Disposal System) version 2.0, and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Manual submissions will not be accepted; bids must be submitted through e-PADS v2.0.

Bid security: Pakistani Rupees 200,000 (PKR 200,000) in the form of a Pay Order from any scheduled bank of Pakistan (Karachi-based), in favour of Korangi Fisheries Harbour Authority. Bid security must be submitted to the office of Manager (Administration), Korangi Fisheries Harbour Authority on or before the closing time of bid submission. Bid security shall remain valid for 148 days from the date of bid opening. Guarantees issued by insurance companies will not be accepted.

Procurement procedure: Single Stage One Envelope procedure in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. In case of a holiday on the date of submission/opening, bids will be opened on the next working day. Partial and incomplete bids will not be considered. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with applicable rules.
