Issuer: Sindh Industrial Trading Estates Limited (SITE Limited). This is to notify all concerned that, with the approval of the Board of Directors of SITE Limited, the Final Notice for Allottees published on August 30, 2026 in Daily Dawn, Daily Jang, Daily Kawish and Daily Jeejal regarding mandatory commencement of construction on unutilized / unconstructed plots within thirty (30) days across all SITE Limited estates has been placed in abeyance with immediate effect.
The abeyance will remain until finalization of the Non Utilization Fee policy by the Board of Directors of SITE Limited.
