PAA Invitation to Bid – SLA for LAN Infrastructure Maintenance at HQPAA (Bid Closing 2026-09-15)

Issuer: Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA), IT Branch, Headquarters PAA, JIAP Karachi. PAA invites bids in accordance with PPRA Rule 36(b) from firms registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments, holding valid NTN & GST and appearing on the FBR Active Taxpayer List.

How to apply: Bids must be submitted electronically through the PPRA E-PA D V2.0 web portal (http://vendors.epads.gov.pk). Bidders should register on the E-PADS (Federal) portal to access bidding documents and submit e-bids. Bids must be uploaded before the closing date/time and the original bid security must be submitted at the time of opening; failure to do so will render the bid non-responsive.

Eligibility & Documents: Firms must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments, hold valid NTN & GST and be on FBR Active Taxpayer List. Upload GST/NTN certificates and proof of Active Taxpayer List compliance as required.
