Deputy Commissioner/Collector, Kohlu issues a notification under Section 4 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 for acquisition of land required by the Sports & Youth Affairs Department, Government of Balochistan for the establishment of a gymnasium at Kohlu.
Authorized officers, their servants and workmen are permitted to enter and survey the land. Persons with an interest in the land may file written objections under Section 5(A) of the Act before the Deputy Commissioner/Collector, Quetta District, Quetta within Thirty (30) days of publication of this notification.
