Rawalpindi Cantonment Board Flood-Precaution and Vacate Notice under Section 126

The Rawalpindi Cantonment Board advises all residents — especially those living near Nala Lai and other flood-prone drains in Rawalpindi Cantonment — to take immediate precautionary measures during rains and to have repairable houses and shops repaired only after obtaining permission from the Cantonment Board office.

Owners of dilapidated residential and commercial properties are directed to vacate or repair their premises in accordance with Section 126 of the Cantonments Act, 1924. The Cantonment Board Rawalpindi will not be responsible for any loss of life or property resulting from non-compliance. Issued by the Executive Officer, Cantonment Board Rawalpindi.
