PAA Invitation to Bid: SLA for Maintenance of LAN Infrastructure Equipment at HQPAA

Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) — IT Branch invites electronic bids for a one (01) year Service Level Agreement (SLA) for the maintenance of LAN infrastructure equipment at HQPAA. Bidding is in accordance with PPRA Rule No. 36(b).

Eligibility & requirements: Bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments, hold valid NTN & GST, and appear on the Active Taxpayer List of FBR. Bid security must be provided as specified. Bidders must obtain bidding documents (free of cost) and submit bids electronically through the PPRA E-PAD system (http://vendors.epads.gov.pk) after registration at E-PADS PPRA (Federal).

Submission & procedures: Bids must be submitted electronically through the EPAD v2 portal before the stated closing date/time. E-bids uploaded after the prescribed schedule will not be considered. E-bids shall be opened on the same day at the time given through EPAD v2. All prospective bidders shall immediately inform PAA before bid opening if they are Active Taxpayer List non-compliant; GST/NTN certificates must be attached. Failure to produce documents at time of bid opening may lead to bid being treated as non-responsive.

Contract period: Until satisfactory completion of contract and warranty period. PAA reserves the right to accept/reject any or all bids without assigning reasons.
