Tender PRO/164/2026 – Procurement of Office Stationery for PKLI & RC, Lahore

Pakistan Kidney & Liver Institute and Research Center (PKLI & RC) invites online e‑bids from eligible vendors/firms for the procurement of office stationery for PKLI & RC Lahore, Rawalpindi Nursing College & Filter Clinic. Bidders must be registered with income tax and sales tax departments and registered on the Punjab e‑Procurement System.

Key submission & eligibility details:

- Bidding documents are available free on the PKLI website and can also be downloaded from the Punjab e‑Procurement portal (eproc.punjab.gov.pk). Bids must be submitted online on or before the stated closing date and time via the Punjab e‑Procurement System.

- Bid Security: 2% of the estimated amount (to be submitted as specified in the bidding documents).

- Participation: Firms/bidders must be registered on the Punjab e‑Procurement System. Hard copies of e‑bids are not required.

- Pre‑bid meeting: 2026-09-03 at 11:00 AM in the conference room of the Supply Chain Department, PKLI & RC, Lahore.

- Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend.

- PKLI & RC will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by bidders in preparation or delivery of bids. Procurement will be governed by Punjab procurement rules (as applicable).
