Notice to ADT-1 TFC2 2022 and HBLTFC3 Holders — Update IBANs and Settlement Instructions

Issuer: Habib Bank Limited (HBL) in coordination with Central Depository Company (CDC).

Purpose: Inform holders of ADT-1 TFC2 2022 and HBLTFC3 about forthcoming closure/settlement actions for HBLTFC3 and the requirement to ensure valid bank account (IBAN) details are recorded in CDS/CDC to receive any due payments.

Action required: Unit-/security-holders must confirm or update their IBAN and account details in their CDS records through their broker/CDC participant or CDC’s investor services so that distributions can be credited correctly. Failure to update IBANs may delay or prevent receipt of payments.

How to update / enquiries: Holders should contact their broker or CDS participant or CDC for guidance on updating IBANs and verifying account details. For assistance, CDC helpline (as published in the notice) may be used.
